What is Internal and external communication language we speak
There are Two Kinds of Language Vague and Specific Language to communicate in every aspect of our life, at work, school, family (external), to our kids even to our self (internal)
Vague or Milton model
Milton Erickson was generally regarded as the famous hypnotherapist of his time. He worked with trance and cleverly structured sentences full of vague meanings to help his clients discover how to address their problems and the resources that they already had available to them. When he put his patient into trans and tell stories that give suggestion or solution to his clients. He was able to work with his patient on the unconscious level rather than cognitive level.
Why be intentionally vague?
Let’s ask any politician. Using vague language allows you to influence people without having to give a lot of details. Better yet, when you are vague, the listener fills in her own details.
Here is a statement we always hear
“I can help you get exactly what you want.”

words

How will you help, specifically? What will you do? What, specifically can you help me get? How do I know you want anything?

The answers are intentionally left for you to fill in. If the politician has some kind of rapport with you, you may believe he or she can do specifically what you want him to do for you. in the mean while he/she has no idea, specifically, what that is, yet you are inclined to believe because you may not even realize he was vague and you filled in the details.

But let’s put Politicians aside, there are very constructive reasons to make artfully vague statements in public speaking.

If you use the Milton Model to influence with integrity, you allow people to empower themselves in a way that makes sense to them. If I tell you specifically what your goals are and how you will achieve them, you may not agree on the specifics and feel misunderstood. But, if I speak to you in a way that allows you to discover within yourself what your goals are and how you will accomplish them, now we are going places! This is what the Milton Model is all about.
We speak who we are not is reality, between our feeling and speaking we use a language which can be could be vague or direct, these language read more models could be external or internal

How exactly that I made you do that
for the purpose of this course, we will use four Deletion, Distortion, Generalization presupposition that is most common, Let take a closer look at
Deletion, Distortion, and Generalization and presupposed

Generalization
Generalization is the process by which learning in one situation automatically spreads to other situations perceived by you.
It may lead a person into unhealthy behaviors. If you were punished in some way to express your feelings at home, it’s possible that you generalized that experience to many other situations that require you to be healthy by express your feelings. Marriage, work, relationships
Deletion is a process by which we selectively pay attention to certain parts of our experience and exclude others. Take, for example, you have the ability to filter out all other sounds in a room so that you can listen to one person speak. Deletion works in the same manor; it reduces the world to proportions that we feel capable of handling. This reduction may be useful in some contexts and yet be the source of pain or confusion in others. For example, tune out certain part of conversation or task that is required of us.

Distortion
is a process that allows us to make shifts or expand in our experience of sensory data. We call it sometimes Fantasy this process that has made possible all the artistic creations humans have produced. Similarly, all the great novels, all the great discoveries of the sciences involve the ability to distort reality. Sometimes distortion is great, as in art or other creative endeavors. There are times, however, when distortion is a hindrance in our relationship. We all heard these words “you are dilutional or you live in the Lala land”
knowing all that give us a clear picture how much time you spend at work, home trying to figure out, understand what others say to us or trying to communicate to others what we want, or sometimes we trying to reverse something being misunderstood.

Conclusion
When we understand other what they speak, We can use that powerful tool to our advantage in every aspect of life
